We are connected by our mission - partnering andhealing for a healthy future - and dedicated to the health and well-being of the communities we serve.FTE:0.9, Shift:12hr, Schedule:3 days a weekPosition SummaryThe Reception Concierge is responsible for daily coordination of the patient and clinic activities in the lobby of the urgent care.  This includes greeting and registering patients, maintain lobby cleanliness and brand elements, executing opening and closing procedures related to front office activities, and collecting appropriate monies from patients. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring an exceptional patient experience at the beginning and close of patient visits, as well as providing excellent customer service over the telephone. In addition, the Reception Concierge works closely with Clinical Concierge colleagues to ensure ongoing communication throughout the patient visit for optimal patient flow.Work situations are a variety of functions within a clinic setting requiring knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data; discretion; good judgment; diplomacy; decision making; and a customer service attitude. Clinic environment includes walk-in and appointment based care, with a wide variety in patient registration volumes throughout the shift. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $19.86 - $28.58 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
