What you will be doing - key responsibilities:
- Draft and send letters and emails to referring specialists, dentists, and patients to keep everyone informed and up-to-date.
- Take patient records and train new patients on our virtual dental monitoring system, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Pitch in with in-house lab duties such as filling attachments, making clear retainers, and other hands-on lab tasks as needed.
- Work closely with our Lab Supervisor and clinical assistants to make sure all lab operations run smoothly.
- Assist our clinical team with various tasks and providing exceptional patient care where needed.

About you:
- You're comfortable juggling different tasks and stepping into various roles as needed.
- You'll interact with patients, specialists, and internal team members, making clear, concise communication essential.
- Whether you're assisting in the lab or drafting patient communications, you take pride in doing things right.
- You'll be trained in using virtual monitoring technology and other orthodontic procedures, so being eager to learn is a must.
What you bring - qualifications:
- Dental/Orthodontic lab experience (preferred - but not required - we will train the right individual).
- You enjoy organization and planning.
- Creative with outstanding hand-eye coordination.
- Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
