If you are looking for a rewarding career where you get to help children and their families, apply now!**Sign-On Bonus available**Qualifications: Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Texas Has at least 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Has training or experience in healthcare administration or at least 1 year of administrative or supervisory experience in a healthcare related field Demonstrates organizational, time management and leadership abilitiesJob Duties: Develop & implement systems to ensure organization of field work & timely procurement of necessary documentation to ensure compliance of regulatory guidelines, which includes, but not limited to, Admission of new clients, Comprehensive Pediatric Assessments, Home Safety and new consent forms, obtaining orders, case communication notes, regular treatment visits, & supervision of appropriate therapy assistants Plan, evaluate, and Implement treatment plan to provide therapy services in accordance with the Plan of Care approved by the physician. Assist with supervision of field personnel, including, but not limited to, supervisory visits for compliance with practice act, compliance with company policies and procedures, completion of annual performance appraisals & as needed.
