(conditions apply)UTA free passes available for your work commuteFunctions of the Job:Attend staff meetings every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 1 pm and run them when the clinical and program directors are absent.Manage a caseload (up to 6) and meet with them every week (1hr/wk). Co-facilitate whichever level group you are assigned to. .Be the housing liaison for sober living and IOP.Attend weekly management meetings supporting ongoing program planning, evaluation, and quality assurance. Take the evening and weekend on call every three weeks.Work closely with the Program Manager on day-to-day responsibilities.Utilize the Therapeutic Community model as the main component of treatment.Proactively involve and communicate with collateral supports, including family, significant others, probation officers, judges, caseworkers, and others.Be the community liaison with ISP, Drug Court, and any other community partners.Manage and oversee program case managersDevelop an effective level of rapport with clients on caseload while maintaining healthy boundaries.Complete thorough and effective assessments in required timeframes, such as funding extension requests.Coordinate client psychiatric evaluations and other wrap-around services to provide effective care.Complete treatment planning within the required timeframe.Utilize motivational techniques to retain and support client progress.Participate in extracurricular activities with clients. Connect clients to community resources.Complete service documentation within the appropriate client management system on the day of service.Accurately document services using ASAM Dimensional Analysis format, including all required elements.Document all incidents immediately and report as required.Conduct trainings for new staff on EHR and treatment planning-as neededOther duties as assigned.
