Your expertise will help shape the future of our services and improve the lives of those we serve.In this role, you will:* Coordinate programs and services* Manage team members* Participate in quality improvement efforts* Assist with patient education and resource allocationThe Clinical Coordinator position offers…* Employee Assistance Program - 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost* Career Advancement & Wage Growth - Grow in your career with great opportunities for upward mobility and added income* Comprehensive Training - Learn and develop skills with our robust on-the-job training* Workplace Culture - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting healthy, joyful workforce engagementKey Responsibilities:* Provide team supervision, including hiring and performance management* Deliver professional services, including assessment, referral, treatment planning, and discharge planning* Represent the organization positively to all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and community agencies* Oversee clinical supervision, design treatment protocols, and ensure proper implementation* Monitor treatment effectiveness through data-driven progress monitoring* Perform behavioral assessments and develop Behavior Support Plans based on evidence-based practices* Conduct stakeholder trainings, emphasizing competency-based approaches* Participate in intake and annual clinical evaluation processes, including diagnosing and documenting psychosocial historiesEducation, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:* Graduate degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health-related field, qualifying for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and/or Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure* A minimum of 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including directing ABA programs and interventions, is required* Experience working with developmental disability/mental health populations and training in Applied Behavioral Analysis techniques is preferredAdditional Qualifications:* Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance* Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checkPhysical Requirements:* Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body* Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shiftBrightli is on a Mission:We are dedicated to changing and saving lives through our innovative and compassionate services.
