Job Description:
The Nursing Logistics Clinical Coordinator will maintain agency staff records, source and keep track of contracts with agency staff, conduct new employee orientation, track agency utilization and manage agency invoices and approve payroll for agency staff. The Nursing Logistics Clinical Coordinatormust have a good understanding of the computerized timekeeping/scheduling system and Excel. Be able to teach and support managers and clinical staff in the use of timekeeping/scheduling system and produce reports necessary for agency staff. The incumbent will work under the direction of the Nursing Logistics Manager and will perform various off unit activities, including education initiatives and meetings, conduct competency validation and audit agency documentation and charting for ACHC compliance.Education:Vocational / Technical2 Year / Associate Degree (Preferred0License / Certifications:Must have LPN or Greater - OKBLSExperience:1-3 years(preferred)
