The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Clinical Crisis Supervisor to join CHD's CBHC Crisis Stabilization, and Mobile Crisis Program. Location is in Chicopee, MA. This opportunity includes a $2,500 sign on bonus!! YOUR ROLE AS A CLINICAL CRISIS SUPERVISOR: Clinical Supervisors will work in a team environment providing care to youth and adults at CHD's CBHC Crisis Stabilization, and Mobile Crisis Programs. Responding to adults and children experiencing mental health and or substance use related crisis throughout the catchment area. Services include but are not limited to crisis evaluation, urgent psychiatry, case management, and peer supports. Open 7 days per week, with the intention of offering the right service at the right time, we are specifically we are seeking to fill an overnight position. This overnight position offers a $2,500 sign on bonus.REQUIRMENTS & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct triage, assessments, clinical consultation and care coordination for adults and children.
- Responsible for assigning cases and managing workflow on shift
- Supervise a team of clinicians
- Facilitate Inter-Disciplinary Team meetings
- Maintain client confidentiality and records and individuals' human rights by complying with applicable laws and regulations
- Master's Degree, with LISCS. LMHC License required
- Licensed clinicians or license eligible with 3 years of clinical crisis experience
- Reliable, registered & insured vehicle for travel between program locations.
- Approved driving record check
- Approved criminal background check (CORI)
