The Clinical Customer Service Representative also provides a broad spectrum of customer support services to medical, nursing, and administrative staff by performing various unit-specific activities to meet unit, department, and institutional needs.Shift - Evening shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm), 40 hours per week and every other weekend and holidayEducation/Work Experience:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent, one year of college credit preferred.
  • Minimum of six months experience in healthcare or office setting.
  • Strong customer service experience in a high volume work setting (i.e., call center, guest services, reception, etc. preferred.)
Salary Range: Minimum 17.21 per hour - Maximum 20.06 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.JHM prioritizes the health and well-being of every employee.
