Job Description Summary:
Utilize evidence-based medical nutrition therapy to assess and reassess nutrition risk, malnutrition status, and identify nutrition needs.
Develop and implement nutrition care plans to support oral and/or parenteral and enteral feeding regimens. Participate in quality
improvement initiatives/committees. Provide nutrition counseling to patients and families as warranted.
Participate in multidisciplinary and interdepartmental collaboration and education.
Minimum Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree, master's preferred.
Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Must achieve Registered Dietitian credential within 6 months of date of hire.
Licensed Dietitian with the State Medical Board of Ohio. Limited permit required if Registered Dietitian credential has not been obtained at time of hire.
1 year experience, preferred.
