The Clinical Director will be a dynamic, in office and field-based position, playing a critical role in overseeing and participating in delivering clinical services directly to our clients' homes. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on care, including medication administration, daily health management, and the in-field training of CNAs and HHAs. We are looking for a candidate who is not only a clinical expert but also a compassionate leader, ready to drive excellence and innovation in patient care and staff development.Responsibilities:Directly provide skilled services to clients, including medication administration and daily health management, ensuring the highest quality of care.Oversee developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures that meet regulatory standards and best practices.Lead, mentor, and train our clinical staff in the field, enhancing their skills and ensuring consistent, high-quality care.Collaborate with the management team to optimize operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and the quality of service delivery.Conduct regular visits to clients' homes to assess care needs, supervise field staff, and ensure compliance with care plans.Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners, promoting our agency's mission and expanding our impact.
