As the Clinical/Program Director, you will have the unique opportunity to champion this cutting-edge approach, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care while leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Qualifications

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience in a mental health or healthcare setting.

  • At least 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.

  • Valid and current clinical license in the state of New Jersey (LCSW).

  • Certificate in Clinical Supervision.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of clinical best practices, treatment modalities, and behavioral healthcare.

  • Experience in program development, clinical supervision, and leadership.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and effectively navigate crisis situations.

  • Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership: Guide a specialized clinical team providing innovative, patient-focused services, including addressing technology addictions and co-occurring disorders.

  • Supervision & Development: Mentor clinical staff, fostering professional growth while maintaining adherence to best practices and regulations.

  • Caseload Oversight: Manage patient caseloads to ensure treatment plans are effective and services are delivered efficiently.

  • Program Advancement: Expand and enhance our unique programs by integrating evidence-based practices and addressing emerging trends in mental health care.

  • Patient Care Coordination: Monitor and adjust treatment plans to ensure timely, effective care tailored to each clients needs.

  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards while ensuring excellence in clinical documentation.

  • Policy Implementation: Collaborate with administrative leadership to create and implement policies that support the organizations innovative mission.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical assessments using standardized tools to evaluate behavioral, emotional, or social concerns.

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy, along with crisis intervention and case management.

  • Audit clinical records to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Perform other supervisory and clinical tasks as needed to advance the mission of CTRLCare.
