Job Description:

OverviewResponsible for providing clinical oversight to programs including Community-Based programs, Day Treatment, School-Based Services, and Outpatient programs to ensure a high level of clinical quality and adherence to Oregon Administrative Rule, Medicaid, contracts, grants and licensing rules and requirements.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the Quality Systems Director to develop and implement evidence-based and best practices.Provide strategic input and recommendations to Executive Director regarding new programs, community need, budgets and long-range strategic plans.Maintain, review and update/revise comprehensive program documentation, including clinical forms and program policies and procedures.Develop and conduct clinical trainings for staff.Formulate strategic plans for clinical departments that ensure quality clinical practice and staffing.Be available to provide clinical supervision as stipulated by regulatory agencies and to fulfill licensing requirements of clinical staff.Develop policies and procedures to ensure quality services for clients and accountability for staff.Work with the Quality Systems Director to provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of the clinical programs to ensure clinical needs, agency standards, and funding requirements are met.Collaborate with the Quality Systems Director to implement strategic modifications to clinical programs subject to a review and trending analysis of clinical outcome data and client satisfaction surveys.Monitor clinical trends and make informed decisions regarding service provisions.Assist administrative staff in budget development and implementation.Work with Quality Systems Director in providing managerial oversight of clinical team meetings and be available to attend on an as-needed basis to provide consultation and/or clinical guidance.Work closely with advocacy groups and community partners to address clinical needs within the community and to coordinate the provisions of services.Develop and conduct community presentations as needed for educational, program development, and funding purposes.Promote agency standards, culture, and integrity when participating in community meetings and committees.Other Duties and ResponsibilitiesOther duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications and ExperienceRequires a Master's degree and five years related experience; MA/MS with LPC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure.Requires a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).A minimum of 5 years' experience providing clinical supervision to master's level therapists.Demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement Evidence-Based Practices to fidelity.Familiarity with clinical outcomes measures and ability to apply data derived from measurements to improve program efficacy.Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, assess, and monitor clinical operations within mental health programs; experience in developing and facilitating in-service trainings and workshops.Salary & BenefitsBenefitsExcellent benefit package for employee coverage of $20 month* including:Medical Health Coverage with Prescription Drug CoverageVision through VSPDental CoverageBasic Life and AD&D Coverage of $50,000Long-term Disability Insurance CoverageEmployee Assistance ProgramBuy-Up-Medical Plan Option or additional costSupplemental Options and Spouse/Dependent Coverage Available at Additional Cost.Matching 401k Plan available after completion of waiting period.Wage Range$80,000 - $98,000 per year (DOE)Job TypeFull-timePay: $80,000.00 - $98,000.00 per yearBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceRetirement planTuition reimbursementVision insuranceMedical SpecialtyPsychiatryScheduleMonday to FridayNo weekendsWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
