Are you looking for a creative place to work?!We are hiring for a full-time Clinical Director to join our crew!This Clinical Director is responsible for organizing, planning, leading, and directing clinical and management in accordance with policies and procedures. The position contributes to organizational operations and supports the mission by fostering positive communications/collaboration. The employee should also demonstrate a high level of ability in leadership, supervisory skills, problem-solving, client advocacy, and public relations. This position is part of the leadership team and allows for the candidate to bring their own professional ideas and interests to the table to foster quality program improvements within CTS.Position Mission:To ensure the delivery of quality, ethical & profitable ABA services and develop consistent clinical excellence.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead Clinical Operations: Oversee all clinical operations, including planning, implementing, and evaluating ABA programs, ensuring clinical integrity and the delivery of ethical and evidence-based practices.
  • Supervision and Staff Development: Supervise and support BCBAs and clinical staff through regular check-ins, program reviews, audits, and session observations. Provide performance feedback, ensure RBTs and supervisees meet BACB requirements, and manage practicum and supervision for staff pursuing BCBA certification.
  • Client and Family Liaison: Act as a primary contact for clients and families, ensuring open communication and seamless coordination with clinical staff throughout program implementation and transitions.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement systems to evaluate, monitor, and enhance clinical processes, including utilizing KPIs and scorecards for accountability and resource optimization.
  • Financial Performance and Growth: Partner with the leadership team to maximize financial performance, develop growth strategies, and expand CTSs reach in the community. Participate in recurring financial health reviews and contribute to incentive plan development for staff.
  • Training and Professional Development: Create, implement, and oversee training programs, continuing education initiatives, and professional development opportunities for staff, clients, and parents. Ensure alignment with ACE standards and neuro-divergent affirming practices.
  • Compliance and Clinical Standards: Maintain compliance with BACB supervision and HIPAA regulations while leading initiatives to uphold high clinical standards.
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community partners, including schools, government agencies, and organizations that can advance CTSs mission.
  • Clinical Coverage and Support: Provide or arrange clinical supervision coverage for case transitions, leave management, and turnover to ensure continuity of services.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
  • Masters Degree: Current license for the professional field of practice (state-licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
  • Must meet the requirements for the BACB supervision credentials.
  • 5+ years of experience in a clinical role for this field of practice (applied behavior analysis, or ABA).
  • 3+ years of experience developing and supervising treatment programs for children with autism in this field of practice.
  • Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification.
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Advanced knowledge, skills, and experience within this professional field of practice.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Clear enthusiasm and positive attitude towards collaborating with others and working together as a team.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, independently plan and organize own activities to prioritize daily workloads.
  • Ability to implement and demonstrate all clinical treatment techniques expected of other department staff.
  • Ability to learn and implement new information technology tools and systems rapidly.
  • Must excel in computer use to include, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and email, as well as other forms of communication through technology.
  • Results-driven with the aptitude to apply critical thinking skills and problem-solving.
  • Respond to work/staff needs outside of normal work hours (management level position may require more than 40 hours at times.
  • Must hold a valid drivers license and maintain proper current insurance.
  • Reliable transportation.

Job Type:
  • Full-time
  • Monday-Friday 8-6 PM
Travel:
  • This position requires up to 20% travel
