Clinical Director Role at Discovery:We are seeking a Clinical Director with strong leadership skills to lead our rapidly growing Winston Salem clinic! Your responsibilities will include:Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the Winston Salem clinic location.Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures with the guidance of our VP of Clinical Services and Expansion.Provide clinical supervision and support to BCBAs and RBT staff.Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).Ensure compliance with ABA industry standards and regulations.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in client care.Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Train and mentor clinical staff on best practices and ABA techniques.Maintain accurate documentation and records of client sessions and progress.Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.Settings:This is a full time position in our Winston Salem clinic. Compensation:$90,000-$105,000 Depending on experience.
