Join our team as a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor!As the Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor, you will provide clinical oversight and supervision to a team of associates offering integrated behavioral health services, including stabilization and outpatient care. This role is essential in ensuring quality client care and compliance with program standards by overseeing day-to-day operations, collaborating with leadership on client needs, and maintaining program requirements established by governing entities.Position Perks & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish effective relationships with community agencies and collaborate with Supervisors/Directors to ensure client care continuity.
  • Ensure adherence to Clinical Evidence-Based Practices and oversee treatment interventions for co-occurring disorders.
  • Coordinate with Clinical Supervisor, Psychiatrist, and Supervisors/Directors to develop training and treatment schedules.
  • Supervise Clinical Supervisor, Therapists, Counselors, Family Therapist, Nursing Staff, Associate Counselors, and Community Support Staff.
  • Conduct monthly program file reviews, monitor productivity, and ensure billable services are documented and justified.
  • Oversee staff scheduling and maintain uninterrupted program coverage.
  • Complete staff performance evaluations, provide clinical supervision, and conduct regular team training.
  • Ensure program compliance with policies, procedures, and QI measures; assist in developing program improvement plans.
  • Support the grant-writing team by providing program information as needed.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to secure appropriate referrals and manage internal client referrals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Team.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:Required:
  • Certification as an Alcohol, Drug, or Substance Abuse Counselor by the Missouri Substance Abuse Counselors Certification Board, Inc.
  • Four (4) years of professional experience in alcohol/drug abuse treatment and three (3) years of supervisory experience in substance abuse treatment.
Preferred:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, or a related field with current licensure (LCSW or LPC), with three (3) years of experience in behavioral healthcare and one (1) year of supervisory experience, or
  • Licensed Counselor, Psychologist, or Physician in Missouri with one (1) year of experience in behavioral healthcare and one (1) year of supervisory experience.
Required License/Certification (one of the following):
  • Certification by the Missouri Substance Abuse Counselors Certification Board (required)
  • LCSW or LPC licensure (preferred)
Additional Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of rehabilitation methods, behavioral health, and substance abuse treatment services.
  • Familiarity with community resources and legal requirements related to mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
  • Skilled in supervisory and training methods with a team-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
