LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a behavioral health client to fill a Director of Clinical Operations position. To be qualified for this role, candidates must hold LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent licensure in the state of Colorado. Compensation is based on experience and will range from $90-$120K plus a benefit package. Relocation assistance available.
The position will oversee two 12 bed, long term, transitional facilities in the Denver area. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest standards of care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the therapeutic team, including therapists, case managers, and support staff.
Supervise and mentor clinical staff, fostering professional development and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Conduct regular clinical supervision sessions, case reviews, and performance evaluations. Program Development and Implementation:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve clinical programs and services that meet the needs of our clients.
Collaborate with the executive team to set strategic goals and objectives program.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Oversee the assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring of clients.
Facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and coordinate client care.
Develop and implement crisis management protocols and procedures.
Coordinate and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for clinical staff.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the clinical team.
Qualifications: Education and Licensure:
Master or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Licensed as a mental health professional in the state of Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent). Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Extensive experience in Utilization Review (UR) management.
Experience in a residential or transitional living setting is highly preferred.
