Riam Recruiting has the pleasure of partnering with a well-known behavioral and mental health company based in Southern California. The company has been in business for almost 60 years and has locations in five states. As the program expands in Stanislaus County, our client is excited to announce the need for a fourth Clinical Director. This role will oversee a dynamic treatment team and present a unique career growth and development opportunity. The program operates under contract with the Stanislaus County Department of Mental Health and are funded by the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) and Stanislaus County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS). There are three care levels: Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Intensive Community Support (ICS), and Wellness. These levels of care provide specialty mental health services to a mix of populations, including adults 25+. Some individuals are experiencing co-occurring disorders, are uninsured or underinsured, and are persons representing underserved groups in Stanislaus County. The treatment provided is client-centered and will meet the client's needs, including those in the field. The client seeks a qualified candidate with soft leadership skills who can fit in with the rest of the team. The team is a collaborative bunch that works out ideas and situations together. The team is currently working on case management development, and peers support development projects. Hours are roughly 8-5 M-F. You can also work remotely sometimes. There are no scheduled on-call days, and they fluctuate during the week. There is no clinical requirement, but some have taken a small clinic load of 1-2 patients. On-call is not traditional on-call. Team leads rotate with managers on duty. It tends to be mostly phone call support. In almost two years, there has not been a time when the manager on-call has had to come into the office. There are 8 team leads and 4 clinical directors, so that on-call would happen approximately every 12 weeks. Requirements:

• Two years of post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting
• One year in a leadership role in a relevant setting (inpatient or outpatient)
• Current CA Licensure including: LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, and LPCC
