JOB SUMMARY The Clinical Educator/Instructor is responsible for instructing, mentoring, and supporting pre-licensure and undergraduate nursing students within a clinical setting during the academic year. This position involves direct supervision, guidance, and support for pre-licensure and undergraduate nursing students, and evaluating the student learning outcomes throughout the academic year. When not directly involved in clinical instruction, this position is responsible for training, mentoring, and supporting healthcare professionals within a clinical setting.
