An experienced nurse educator will have the opportunity to coach and mentor clinical faculty. The CFC will build her/his network by forging and maintaining relationships with the University's clinical partners in the Northern New Jersey area. The CFC will have the opportunity to develop management skills in close collaboration with experienced nursing education administrators and leaders. The CFC will become part of a team of nurse educators from university partners across the Nation.
