Assistant/Associate/Professor of Clinical Radiology

Diagnostic Imaging - Neuroradiology Evening Shift

The Division of Neuroradiology in the Radiology Department at UHealth, University of Miami Health System and Leonard Miller School of Medicine, is seeking a fellowship-trained candidate for a full-time faculty position at the level of Assistant, Associate, or Professor in the clinical educator track, Staff Physician. The University offers a competitive salary relative to academia for this shift position, which is enhanced by an attractive benefits package.

Responsibilities include:

Providing interpretations of plain film, CT and MR studies, including a combination of remote and on-site coverage.

The Evening position is based on a 3 week block schedule: the first week involves coverage from 2-9 pm Mon-Fri and 1-9 pm on Sat/Sun, the second week is off, followed by a third week with 3 day coverage during the week.

Joining a team of 11 fellowship trained CAQ'ed neuroradiologists, interpreting images from multiple facilities, including Jackson Memorial Hospital and the University of Miami Hospitals and Clinics.

Involvement in training radiology residents and medical students, and participation in research opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

The potential candidate must have completed their radiology training, passed the ABR core exam (or ABR-certified), be eligible for a Florida unrestricted medical license, and have completed a fellowship in Neuroradiology, being eligible for (or CAQ in) Neuroradiology.
