The ETSU College of Nursing, Office of Student Services, provides assistance to prospective, HPNU-Nursing Interest, and current Nursing students. Services include general program information, academic advising, registration assistance, change of major, and providing resources for academic success.
The Office of Student Services is currently seeking a full-time permanent Clinical Healthcare Compliance Specialist. The Clinical Healthcare Compliance Specialist is primarily responsible for data entry and maintenance of clinical healthcare requirements into the Project Concert system.

* Knowledge of medical terminology for translation of healthcare documents such as medical lab reports, titers, x-rays, immunization records, etc.

Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma and
* Three (3) years of experience reviewing medical documents.
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate Degree.
* Current certification or license in the healthcare field (i.e., CMA, CNA, or LPN).
