Job Description: Responsibilities:
- Ticket Management: Handle incidents and break-fix requests from multiple ministries with diverse architectures and applications.
- Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous support to end-users, including doctors.
- Analytical Skills: Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- System Expertise: Work with various imaging applications and reporting systems, including Merge, Client, Philips, and McKesson.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with vendors for technical support and escalate issues as needed.
- Prioritization: Prioritize responsibilities and manage stress in high-pressure situations, such as when critical systems are down.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in radiology or cardiology imaging. Preferably 3-4 years for contractors.
- Technical Skills Familiarity with clinical imaging systems and applications.
- No specific degree required; on-the-job training and relevant experience are valued.
Soft Skills:
- Strong customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
