Job Description:Remote position open to Kentucky and Southern Indiana candidatesESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Monitor, track and report Key Performance Indicators (e.g., CCBHC Quality Measures, HEDIS, DBHDID KPIs)
- Review and interpret technical specifications (e.g., HEDIS, CCBHC Quality Measures)
- Develop visual presentation of data for easy interpretation by end user to make informed decisions
- Create solutions from initial concept to fully tested production performing extensive data validation
- Strong communicate skills to work with individuals and teams for gathering reporting needs as well as for data presentation
- Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to deliver relevant, timely and insightful information to all levels of the business
- Design and implement processes and solutions associated with a wide variety of data sets to inform business decisions
- Gain insight into key business issues and deliverables by applying data analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data
- Collaborate across departments and staff to understand business issues, gather reporting and analytic requirements, ask pertinent questions and make suggestions on data to use
- Document business requirements and timelines, develop and execute test plans, coordinate user testing
- Research EHR data tables and fields, including performing data testing and validation on fields
- Provide expert level user support in research and resolution of complex data issues
- Use advanced querying and reporting methods to develop solutions
- Create solutions from initial concept to fully tested production; perform extensive data validation prior to releasing reports to production
EDUCATION- Bachelor's Degree preferred with two years of reporting/data analytics experience
- High School Diploma required with four to six years of reporting/data analytics experience
EXPERIENCE - Ability to work as part of a team to complete deadlines and work in an efficient manner
- Relevant report design experience (i.e., Excel, Crystal, SQL)
- Strong computer and research skills
- Ability to create professional reports
- Ability to communicate well with other staff to determine report requirements and share results
- Ability to create and maintain Crystal Reports and Crystal Server Preferred
