The therapist provides intake and diagnostic evaluations to assigned clients based on their privileging. They Document and bill for appropriate services in compliance with company policies and procedures, and coordinate treatment with internal and external treatment team membersBy joining Sante and supporting its mission, you will make more than a living, you will make a difference.What You'll Do:Provides evidenced based treatment modalities based on their privilegingProvide quality intakes and diagnostic evaluation methods, mental status exams, and use of the current DSMResponsible for ensuring that all intake documentation is complete and timely in the EMR and in compliance with company policies and proceduresProvide crisis intervention services when requiredProvides services in conformance with the Recovery ModelProvides referrals to community agencies as needed and maintain communication for treatment planning purposesComplies with clinical productivity standards as established by Program Director and the Clinical DirectorDemonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with other community agencies on behalf of consumer and/or the agencyDemonstrated understanding of sound ethical practice in conjunction with the established and defined ethics of one's training and disciplineAbility to effectively organize time and responsibilitiesResponsible for procuring required insurance authorizations prior to the commencement of serviceResponsible for ensuring that service billing is submitted in a timely/complete manner through the EMRMeets or exceeds service outcomes including but not limited to: productivity standards, hospitalization rates, client satisfaction and no show/cancellation rates as set by the DirectorParticipate in and complete all required trainingsCheck work e-mail according to agency protocolOther duties as assignedWhat You'll Get:Pay Rate: up to $65 hourly!
