We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lab Technologist to join a high-volume blood bank lab. This full-time role offers an evening shift, competitive pay, and a sign-on bonus for the selected candidate. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and emergency tests on blood, serum, and other body fluids using both automated and manual equipment Review and release test results, and report abnormal values Maintain quality control data and resolve any QC issues Keep accurate records of all work performed and equipment maintenance Assist with order entry, specimen monitoring, and providing leadership for lab technicians Contribute to the training of new staff members Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Active Clinical Lab Technologist license or limited permit (must obtain a provisional permit within three months) Experience with lab and hospital information systems, as well as a variety of lab equipment Benefits Salary DOE: Hourly rate starts at $48.74 Sign on bonus offered Union role
