We are currently seeking a Clinical Lab Technologist to join a busy surgical pathology lab. This full-time position offers a rewarding day shift with competitive pay and a generous sign-on bonus. Key Responsibilities: Prepare pathology slides and process tissue specimens using advanced equipment Perform routine and special staining procedures to aid in diagnosis Maintain lab equipment, perform quality control, and troubleshoot technical issues Assist with specimen processing and ensure accurate slide distribution Work collaboratively with lab staff to meet department goals Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field Active Clinical Lab Technologist license Experience with lab instrumentation such as microtomes, microscopes, and automated equipment Benefits Salary DOE - $80,000-$110,000 Sign on Bonus Union role with great benefits
