Position: Clinical Laboratory Manager

Location: Durham, NC (Hybrid)

Pay: $40/hour

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in a CLIA/CAP lab.
• 2 years of clinical hematology experience if you have a Bachelors Degree
• 4 years of management experience

Education:

• BS/BA/MS degree in laboratory science or related field.
• Certified as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by ASCP or NCA.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift (occasional weekends as needed)

Greene Resources is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage biospecimen activities for CLIA-certified Mobile Examination Centers (MEC).
• Supervise sample collection, processing, and shipping per regulatory requirements.
• Manage clinical data in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Perform quality control and assurance tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate study operations (staffing, scheduling, budgets, etc.).

Position Requirements:

• Clinical laboratory experience (CLIA/CAP certified labs).
• Familiarity with LIMS, specimen handling, and clinical data management.
• Knowledge of OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and adaptability.
