Job Description:
We are seeking a Clinical Launch Manager to oversee the planning, development, and execution of new clinic openings. In this role, reporting directly to the COO, you'll coordinate with various departments, manage resources, and ensure all aspects of the clinic launch align with organizational goalsand comply with regulatory requirements.What You'll DoProject Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for clinic launches, outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, finance, and clinical staff, to ensure all aspects of the launch are executed effectively.Site Selection and Preparation: Assist in the selection of clinic locations, evaluating site viability based on community needs and strategic goals. Oversee the design and setup of the clinic, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for clinic launch activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Monitor expenses and make adjustments as necessary to stay within budget.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all clinic operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies. Prepare necessary documentation for licensing and accreditation processes.Staff Recruitment and Training: Collaborate with human resources to recruit and onboard clinical and administrative staff. Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about clinic operations, policies, and procedures.Marketing and Community Engagement: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies for the clinic launch, including outreach to the local community. Engage with community stakeholders to build relationships and promote the clinic's services.Operational Readiness: Ensure that all systems, including EHR and billing, are operational prior to the clinic opening. Conduct operational readiness assessments and address any issues identified prior to launch.Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish metrics for measuring the success of the clinic launch, including patient volume, satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and successes.Post-Launch Evaluation: Conduct post-launch evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement feedback mechanisms to gather input from staff and patients for ongoing enhancements.Other Responsibilities: Additional project management and other desired mission-specific deliverables during partnership downtime or at the request of senior leadership.What Qualifications You HaveBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare setting.Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and operational best practices.Creative and critical thinking.Strong comfortability in medical environment.Interpersonal skills that establish productive working relationships with a multidisciplinary team and administrative support.High level ability to use an electronic medical record.Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form to patients, public, medical staff, and physicians.Experience working in a diverse environment.Flexibility to adapt to changes in an ever-changing medical environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
