Clinic Manager Ambulatory - InovaCares
Inova Health System is looking for a Clinic Manager Ambulatory to join our InovaCares, for families and peds, Team. This role is full-time, M-F.

Responsibilities:
The Clinical Manager Ambulatory oversees assigned area to ensure it is performing effectively, which may include but not limited to, hiring and training team members, creating and implementing business strategies, managing performance of team members, and delegating tasks. Effectively utilizes standards, guidelines, policies, procedures and clinical pathways for delivery of care. Ensures timely and appropriate patient management through multidisciplinary collaboration. Manages, supervises and facilitates the development of staff while overseeing the day to day tasks/activities in the department.
Requirements:
* Hours: full-time M-Th 0830-1700 & F 0800-1630
* Location: Covers InovaCares sites in Alexandria, Annandale, Fairfax, & Mount Vernon
* Education: BSN, MSW, MHA or related Bachelor's Degree (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree); Preferred MSW or Behavioral Health nurse.
* Experience: Three years of experience related to the clinical scope. One year of direct supervisor/manager/team lead experience. (4 additional years of experience, in lieu of degree)
* Licensure/Certifications: BLS from the American Heart Association; If BSN, licensed as Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia or LCSW
