Position Summary:

The Clinical Manager is accountable for direct oversight of the clinical care teams of the UT LIFESTAR program while exhibiting leadership and clinical expertise in Critical Care Transport.

Position Qualification:

Bachelors Nursing Required

Masters Nursing Preferred

3-5 Years experience required.

At least 3yrs of Critical Care Transport and 5yrs experience in Management required.

Years of Experience can be related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee or Multi-State Compact License

EMT IV or Paramedic

Tennessee EMT IV or Tennessee Paramedic licensure (National Registry preferred)

ACLS

PALS

NRP

PHTLS or ITLS

* Certified Flight RN (CFRN) - within 1 year of hire

* Paramedic or AEMT - within 1 year of hire
