What the job entails:
Ultimate responsibility for the overall operations of the Grand Rapids Clinical Department. To provide and coordinate the care and services to all clinical customers. Ensures that all Clinical Respiratory Care Services will be provided by qualified personnel and administered according to the organization's policies and job descriptions, federal, state, and local laws, and established regulatory guidelines as dictated by the State Respiratory Care Board.
- Delegate job responsibilities efficiently and ensure that delegated tasks are carried out properly.
- Knowledgeable of and responsible for current company policies and procedures as they relate to job duties and in compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Coordinate and perform quality assurance and maintenance services on respiratory therapy items as described in the maintenance reference manuals. Coordinate and/or complete all equipment maintenance management records as required by the organization.
- Work closely with management in developing/meeting company goals and objectives.
- Coordinate the provision of Clinical On-Call services as required by the company.
What is required:
- Valid Driver's License
- Driving record that is cleared by our insurance company.
- Able to pass background checks as it pertains to the position
- Able to pass drug screening
- MUST be able to work flexible hours and on-call on a rotational basis
- Respiratory Therapist certification
