Outpatient Imaging Culpeper is searching for a Clinical Manager with experience in MRI or CT with knowledge of Mammography and women's services to work in a fast-paced Outpatient Imaging Center in beautiful Culpeper, Virginia. The candidate must have solid supervisory skills, excellent technical skills, ability to facilitate workflow and work towards continuous process improvement to improve the patient experience as well as the team experience. We are also looking for an individual with experience in Accreditation Applications, MQSA guidelines, HIPPA practices and compliance standards. JOB SUMMARY : Under the direction of the Administrator, the Clinical Manager: Manages and coordinates clinical operations of specific areas of the Imaging Department including, but not limited to, equipment, personnel, scheduling, financial, and customer service functions. Must be qualified to perform the job duties for areas they manage. Ensures services are performed in a safe environment in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements. Serves as part of the imaging center team and seeks as well as provides feedback for improved practice. Must be able to effectively communicate/collaborate with physicians, staff, customers and peers. Entry level? Well train! Requirements EXPERIENCE : Must have 3-5 years relevant experience with at least two years of supervisory experience in related field. Demonstrated leadership experience. Must have knowledge of modern business and supervisory techniques. EDUCATION : Graduate of an accredited program in Radiology, Nuclear Medicine technology, Radiation Oncology, or equivalent in experience. Bachelor's Degree and/or CRA preferred. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION : Candidates with relevant existing licensure or certification will be required to maintain that licensure or certification. SKILLS/ABILITIES : Ability to implement effective administrative policies and procedures. Possesses good organizational and time management skills; attention to detail and effective problem solving. Ability to plan and direct the work of others. Ability to influence others to achieve organizational goals. Knowledge of computer applications, including information and billing systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and retrieving of data.
