Job Description:
Clinical Manager Families and Youth Innovation Plus is hiring a full-time Clinical Manager - Mobile Crisis Team The Clinical Manager - Mobile Crisis Team will provide leadership, supervision, and strategic direction for a mobile crisis team delivering comprehensive behavioral health crisis intervention services in alignment with Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) guidelines. The Clinical Manager will be reporting to the Director of Clinical Services and will oversee a multidisciplinary team of bachelor's level social workers, peer support workers, and consulting clinicians. Technical Competencies

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership and Supervision
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to mobile crisis team members
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and professional development planning
  • Ensure team adherence to CCBHC quality and documentation standards
  • Develop and implement team training programs
Clinical Supervision of MC Team Staff
  • Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Conduct case consultations and provide clinical guidance
  • Maintain clinical standards and intervention protocols
  • Develop and update clinical practice guidelines in partnership with the Director of Clinical Services and CCBHC Director
CCBHC Compliance and Quality Management
  • Ensure team's services meet CCBHC comprehensive behavioral health service requirements
  • Implement and monitor quality improvement processes
  • Track key performance indicators and service delivery metrics
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Community and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with local emergency services, hospitals, law enforcement, and community partners
  • Represent the organization in professional networks and community meetings
  • Develop and maintain referral pathways and collaborative protocols
  • Establish and lead a working community Multidisciplinary team that consists of all community crisis providers to include, ER's, Law Enforcement, Fire Department, area Pscyh Hospitals, Public Schools, other area Behavioral Health Agencies
Operational Management
  • Manage team scheduling and resource allocation
  • Monitor and manage team budget and resource utilization
  • Implement efficient operational workflows
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Reporting and Documentation
  • Prepare comprehensive clinical and operational reports
  • Analyze service delivery data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records
  • Support grant reporting and organizational performance measurement
Qualifications and Experience
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related mental health field
  • Valid state professional Independent license in behavioral health
  • Minimum of 2 years direct experience in mobile crisis services
  • Minimum of 1 year in a management or supervisory role (negotiable)
    • Experience with trauma-informed care approaches
    • Demonstrated leadership in behavioral health crisis interventions
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call rotations
    • Strong emotional resilience
    • Capacity to make rapid, sound clinical judgments
    • Excellent stress management skills
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments
