Your leadership will drive the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties. You will collaborate closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center.Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.Qualifications:Proven experience as clinical manager or other managerial positionExperience in clinical supervision and program managementSolid understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation proceduresExcellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical fieldProficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software)Excellent communication and people skillsExceptional organizational and leadership skillsAptitude in resolving issues and conflicts Who We AreAt USPI, we create relationships that create better care.
