At Sunrise, our Clinical Manager is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the health and well-being of 150+ Home Health patients.Responsibilities Responsibilities:- Oversight of all clinical programs - Quality assurance and regulatory compliance- Training of 200+ clinical and home health aides- Must have the ability to travel within the Home Health geographic area approximately 50% of the time Qualifications:- Must maintain current Registered Nurse (RN) license. - 5+ years RN experience, preferably within Home - Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nurse, long term care, hospital or home health environment including hiring team members, coaching and discipline, performance management, and daily supervision- Ability to delegate and oversee care- Proven good judgment, time management, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills- Ability to be on call during weekends with flexible hours during the week as needed for patient care
