Rosewood Integrative Counseling is seeking 1-2 skilled therapists to join its growing team of clinicians in the West End of Richmond. Supporting children, adolescents and adults, Rosewood Integrative Counseling is a collective of therapists specializing in complex trauma, eating disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, childhood trauma, behavioral disorders, and family therapy.
Qualified candidates will have a strong background in providing trauma-informed care to a diverse client population. Priority consideration will be given to applicants with experience in family therapy, art therapy, eating disorder treatment, somatic therapy interventions, supporting neurodiverse clients, couples counseling, and those with EMDR certification.
Job Overview:
- Provide individual psychotherapy to clients, maintaining professional standards for diagnosis, treatment planning and documentation.

- Focus entirely on your clients' care, while the practice manages billing, paperwork, marketing, etc.
- Receive access to an exceptional EHR system for Telehealth, scheduling, documentation, assessments, and paperwork.
- Receive ongoing referrals to help build your caseload with the clients that best match your experience and clinical interest.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field
- Active license to practice psychotherapy in Virginia (LPC, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT)
- Pre-licensed therapists (Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work) should have experience in a private practice setting and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining supervision with a Board Approved Supervisor.
Pay:
- LPC, LCSW, PsyD, LMFT: Starting at $105 per clinical hour (or 70/30 split)
- Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work: Starting at $72 per clinical hour (or 60/40 split)
- These are 1099 independent contractor roles.
