Job Summary and QualificationsWe are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our facility to ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:
* You will ensure and deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
* You will collaborate with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, and monitors to evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.
* You will serve as a resource person for staff.
* You will model a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
What Qualifications You Will Need:
* Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).
* Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
* 1 year experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
* Current BCLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
