+ **Shift Hours:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
+ **Shift:** Nights
+ **Weekend Work:** Occasional
+ **On Call:** No
**The Clinical Nurse Department Pool I is responsible for:**
+ Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
+ Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
+ Professional accountability and development.
+ Direct contact with the child & has primary responisbili8ty for providing personal care, assistance & supervision to the child.

**Required Certifications and Licensures:**
+ BLS (Basic Life Support)
+ RN (Registered Nurse)
+ Nurse Specialty - preferred
**Required Educati** on:
+ Associate's or Diploma in Nursing - Required
+ Bachelor's in Nursing - Preferred
**Experience:**
+ 18 months RN in an Acute Care Setting
