*Clinical Nurse Manager, Home Infusion**The Miriam Hospital**Providence, Rhode Island*As Rhode Island's largest health system and private employer, Brown University Health is committed to clinical excellence and devoted to our mission of building a healthier future for our patients. We are seeking a *Clinical Nurse Manager *to join our *Home Infusion Services *team at The Miriam Hospital in Providence, RI. In this position, you will coordinate, supervise and evaluate nursing services for Brown University Health Home Infusion Services (LHIS) patients.*Responsibilities:*· Establish and implement policies, procedures and goals that ensure nursing services are aligned with Brown University Health's standards of care· Oversee the department's schedule and modify scheduling based on staff and resource availability· Assist in the development and management of LHIS nursing budget and monitor all expenditures· Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching and disciplinary action as needed· Monitor patient outcomes to ensure that quality, competent and caring services are provided to patients· Participate in the recruitment, orientation and retention of qualified nursing staff· Incorporate the Magnet Model Framework for Excellence into strategic planning and operational initiatives· Perform duties and responsibilities of LHIS primary nursing staff as patient and staffing needs dictate*Qualifications*:· BSN from an accredited college of nursing; MSN or related healthcare degree preferred· Current RI RN license· 5+ years of experience with progressive responsibility; experience in a similar complex healthcare environment preferred· Demonstrated communication skills, including written, verbal and interpersonal· Ability to utilize Microsoft software*Working at Brown University Health*As of October 15, 2024, Lifespan is now Brown University Health.
