- Previous management experience
- Masters Degree preferred or attaining
- Masters in Nursing or related field. If Masters in Nursing, BSN can be preferred.
- American Nurses Credentialing Center approved national board Certification
Required Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
- BCLS certification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership competencies
- Clinical expertise within field or specialty
- Knowledge of current health care environment.
- Knowledge of performance improvement principles
- Ability to use computer applications
