Now, you have the opportunity to join us.This Clinical Manager position is for the oncology service at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.Full time 10 hour shifts - 4 Nights per week with flexibility. 9PM-7AM (with some weekend rotation)Preferred Criteria
  • Previous management experience
  • Masters Degree preferred or attaining
  • Masters in Nursing or related field. If Masters in Nursing, BSN can be preferred.
  • American Nurses Credentialing Center approved national board Certification
Required Criteria
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
  • BCLS certification
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership competencies
  • Clinical expertise within field or specialty
  • Knowledge of current health care environment.
  • Knowledge of performance improvement principles
  • Ability to use computer applications
