Title - Clinical Nutrition Manager

Location: Upper Allegheny Health System

This role offers a $10000 Sign On Bonus and $3000 in relocation funds

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking an experienced Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead and manage the clinical nutrition operations at Bradford Regional Medical Center and Olean General Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nutrition, experience managing a team, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition and quality initiatives. In additional to managing the inpatient nutrition care, this role will also manage the practicing clinical dietitians at Dialysis, Diabetes and Total Senior Care Pace Center.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position ranges from $80,300 to $95,095, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of clinical nutrition policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Manage the clinical nutrition team, including hiring, training, and performance management of staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and dietitians, to ensure that patients receive the best possible nutrition care
  • Conduct regular assessments of patient needs and develop individualized nutrition plans to meet those needs
  • Provide education and training to hospital staff on the importance of nutrition in patient care and how to implement evidence-based practices
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition and incorporate that knowledge into the hospital's nutrition program
  • Maintains professional continuing education annually for self and clinical staff

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
  • Required Registered Dietitian Nutritionist through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission on Dietetics Registration
  • Licensed Registered Dietitian ? Pennsylvania
  • At least 3 years of experience in a clinical nutrition management role
  • Knowledge of computer applications including dietary management computer applications (CBORD) and computerized charting applications
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
