Your Role:
As a Clinical Office Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in both clinical and administrative tasks, supporting our team of physicians and providers to deliver top-notch care. Your daily activities will include:
* Assisting with patient care and managing various clerical and organizational tasks.
* Using our Electronic Medical Records system (Athena) to document patient information.
* Ensuring smooth patient flow and providing support during exams and procedures.
What We Offer:
* Pay: $17 - $19 per hour, full-time (40 hours per week).
* Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan with a 2% match.
* Paid Time Off: 14 days of PTO plus up to 40 hours of wellness leave per year.
* Work Schedule: Consistent hours, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (lunch break from 12pm - 1pm).
Requirements
Who We're Looking For:
* Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, a medical assistant diploma or equivalent training is a plus, but not required.
* Experience: At least one year in a medical facility, including skills in EKG, vital signs, and patient care is highly preferred, but not required
* Certifications: Current CPR certification and health records with required immunizations.
* Languages: Fluent in English required; Spanish-speaking a plus.
