If you bringstrong interpersonal skills, healthcare experience, and a desire to work with a dynamic, mission-driven organization, we'd love to connect with you!A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLINICAL OFFICE MANAGERIn this role, you will lead daily clinic operations and coordinate with a team that's committed to providing comprehensive health services, from reproductive care to cancer screening and preventive health. As Medical Office Manager, you'll take charge in the following ways:Lead and Supervise: Manage and support non-medical staff, including interns, volunteers, and contractual employees, ensuring everyone's roles align with Adagio Health's standards and mission.Coach and Train: Collaborate with clinical staff to train and evaluate office procedures, helping to develop team strengths and support quality patient experiences.Manage Clinic Operations: Oversee patient workflows, clinic budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure the clinic's seamless day-to-day functioning by addressing medical records management, building upkeep, and community outreach.Empower Through Engagement: Participate in community outreach, promote clinic initiatives, and engage in marketing efforts to increase our reach and impact within the community.Support Confidentiality and Security: Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality, manage secure medical records, and contribute to a safe, respectful environment for patients and staff alike.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAMEducation & Experience: Bachelor's degree in health administration or a related field.3 years of professional experience in a healthcare setting.2 years in a supervisory role.Previous experience as a medical assistant, clinical professional, or paraprofessional.Strong Leadership Abilities: A history of effective team management, coaching, and creating a positive work environment for diverse teams.Passion for Community Impact: A genuine commitment to advancing health services in a supportive, inclusive setting.WHAT MAKES ADAGIO HEALTH A GREAT PLACE TO WORK?Adagio Health offers daylight hours with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
