This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth clinical workflows, and supporting providers with operational needs. The Coordinator will focus on ensuring that providers are supported with rapid responsiveness, follow through on issues and any research to solve the issues, clinical schedules and support for schedule management, documentation tools and resources, prescription system and operational management, and medical records management (not privacy and transfer of record, but; focus is on proactively identify locked notes, tasks or messages that fall behind, etc) are running efficiently and in compliance with organizational standards.This role will also assist in provider onboarding, track clinical training completion, and respond to provider inquiries related to daily operations.This position is in a hybrid setting Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm and will report to the Patient Provider Liaison Manager. For internal applicants, you must be within good standing with the company. The starting pay range starts at $25 per hour and is commensurate with experience Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage daily clinical workflows including, but not limited to ensuring that scheduling, charting, and prescription processes.
- Monitor the progress of operational tasks and escalate any issues that require higher-level intervention.
- Maintain and update medical records to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the first tier contact for providers regarding routine operational questions and issues.
- Cross-collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Manage coordination of ongoing meetings including, but not limited to, Monthly Town Hall Meetings, mandatory clinical training and certifications, workflow or process changes as directed by clinical leadership.
- Assist with onboarding new providers into the network and facilitates regular communication to the Provider Network.
- Review operational data to assist with reporting needs or identify areas requiring attention.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare administration.
- Previous experience with telehealth platform(s) and workflows.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations.
- An associate's degree or higher in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
