Position Summary
Under the general supervision of the Director of Pharmacy Services, the Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for managing rational antibiotic therapy or the care of critical/high-risk patients in the Cardiology and Anticoagulation departments. This role involves collaboration and consultation with other healthcare professionals, as well as providing education and training related to the therapeutic use of antibiotics or other medications.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Clinical Management: Improve monitoring and management of clinical pharmacy services related to antibiotics, critical care, or high-risk patients, ensuring quality and cost-effective patient care. Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and education to pharmacy staff to promote clinical pharmacy development. Collaboration: Work collegially with colleagues to achieve organizational objectives, fostering teamwork, shared goals, and new ideas. - Graduate from an accredited school of Pharmacy with a PharmD degree.
