Build relationships with community pharmacies and support them in various performance metrics including adherence and patient satisfaction.Establish positive, collaborative, and consultative relationships with network providers including community pharmacies, hospital and community providers and population health teams.Support and help implement comprehensive, provider-specific plans to increase quality ratings for pharmacy specific Part D Patient Safety and HEDIS measures.Effectively communicate with various healthcare professionals internally and externally for successful collaboration and implementation of initiatives.Act as a resource to provide pharmacist and provider education, best practices, and training related to pharmacy quality measures.Assist in the development and presentation of educational materials for providers and pharmacists.Provide ongoing strategic recommendations to decrease pharmacy costs and improve formulary compliance at pharmacy, provider, and hospital level.Communicate formulary changes and opportunities to achieve optimal prescribing through formulary compliance and optimizing generic dispensing.Participate in monthly or quarterly meetings as required, including material preparation and updates.Additional duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Current, unrestricted license to practice pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh)Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ExcelAbility to travel (approx. 50%) throughout New York City and Long IslandPreferred Qualifications:PharmD degree2+ years managed care pharmacy experience, residency experience, or 5+ years community pharmacy experienceMedicare Stars or HEDIS experienceProvider-facing experienceData analytics experienceCompliance & Regulatory Responsibilities:Included in duties aboveLicense/Certification:Current, unrestricted license to practice pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh)WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
