Job Type Full-timeDescriptionGeneral Position Summary:The Clinical Program Assistant Manager will assist in leading the program(s) and team in development, implementation and ongoing management of services. The Clinical Program Assistant Manager has a strong foundation in collaborative agreement and contract management with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of program development. The Clinical Program Assistant Manager will foster strong partnerships with applicable partner agencies by serving as a primary liaison between the agencies and BPA Health. The Clinical Program Assistant Manager will engage with community partners to educate them on program requirements and processes for accessing services. This will include scheduling and holding presentations, discussing key program initiatives and fostering positive relationships.In all aspects of the position, the Clinical Program Assistant Manager leads and consistently operates in alignment with the company values: Actively Engage, Growth Mindset, Do the Right Thing, & Do What You Say. Key Outcomes:Lead, manage, hold team accountableClinical supervisionClinical reviewCare coordinationService qualityContract complianceStakeholder relationshipsEssential functions and activities: Program Development & Management•Plan and evaluate the program•Deliver the program •Responsible for the collection of statistical information including program outcomes and reporting •Monitor and ensure best practices•Promote program to stakeholders•Liaison between state and/or agency stakeholders, community partners and BPA Health•Ensure adherence to scope of services, and preparation.Supervisory Responsibilities•Manage individual and team performance, ensuring adequate training for employees and investigate complaints and concerns•Develop, lead and hold employees accountable to performance standards and outcomes•Provide ongoing oversight and supervision of staff and programRequirementsJob Requirements•Master's degree in social work or counseling •Licensure in the State of Idaho as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) preferred•Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing staff •Minimum of 2 years' experience in program development and program management•Minimum of 2 years' experience in working with youth and families•Competent in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel•Strong presentation skills•Strong communication skills•Strong organizational skills•Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation•Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Up to 20% travel may be required. Candidate should reside in the Magic Valley area
