About the Role:

As the Clinical Program Manager for Long-Acting Injectable Antiretroviral Medication (LAI), you will play a pivotal role in expanding access to LAI services for our patients. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize the LAI program, ensuring its sustainability and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Program Manager - LAI, your responsibilities will include:

+ Program Development and Implementation:Design and implement strategies to expand access to LAI services across our network of health centers.

+ Interdepartmental Collaboration:Coordinate with clinical, operational, and financial teams to optimize LAI program workflows.

+ Patient Access and Navigation:Facilitate patient access to LAI services, including appointment scheduling, prior authorization, and initiation processes.

+ Financial Sustainability:Collaborate with finance teams to maintain the financial sustainability of the LAI program.

+ Data Analysis and Reporting:Track key performance indicators and generate reports to monitor program effectiveness.

+ Clinical Guidance:Provide clinical guidance and support to healthcare providers regarding LAI therapy.

+ Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for LAI services.

+ Staff Development:Train and educate staff on LAI administration, monitoring, and patient counseling.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with evening hours.

Qualifications

Education, Experience

+ Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field preferred.

+ Clinical licensure as an RN, LPN, Pharmacy Technician or similar clinical fields preferred.

+ 5 years of experience managing clinical programs, preferably within HIV services, sexual health, or other specialty care settings.

+ Knowledge/experience working in HIV/AIDS treatment/prevention/education preferred.

+ Demonstrated experience in coordinating patient care services, including appointment scheduling, prior authorization processes, and tracking patient progress.

+ Proven experience in program management, including developing and updating protocols, training staff, and implementing best practices in clinical settings.

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present program updates and data to executive leadership.

+ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including using patient management software and tracking program metrics.

+ Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt workflows based on evolving clinical and regulatory guidance.

+ Demonstrate proficiency in essential digital tools and healthcare technology including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
