Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Programs Coordinator to join our team at Ascension Seton. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing clinical programs, making recommendations and acting as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities Develop and document care plans and therapy programs.Oversee and ensure plan of care therapy program is implemented as indicated. Ensure necessary resources and/or equipment is obtained as ordered.May supervise and direct nursing staff.Coordinate, assemble, and maintain documentation as required.Requirements BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
