176841 *Summary*Plans, coordinates and provides excellent professional care for research subjects in accordance with physician orders, protocol guidelines and department policies and procedures. Coordinates research trials, regulatory activities, staff education and efficient operations at Parkview Research Center in compliance with government and industry regulations, including Code of Federal Regulations for FDA, Health and Human Services, International Conference on Hamonisation Guidelines and Good Clinical Practice Guidelines. Manages subject recruitment and enrollment procedures, consent and randomizes study participants and regulates protocol adherence. *Education*Must have Associate's degree. Bachelor's degree or higher preferred. Must complete Parkview general orientation and research specific orientation as provided and required. *Licensure/Certification*Must have CPR certification. CITI training completed within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be required for specific areas. Certified Clinical Research Coordinator certification desired. *Experience*Experience in a research setting is preferred. Additional experience is required depending on area of specialty and assignment. *Other Qualifications*Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have knowledge of medical terminology. Must have knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Must have good data management skills and attention to detail. Must demonstrate analytical ability in order to solve problems of moderate complexity. Must demonstrate acceptable interpersonal skills. Must be able to multi-task, handle multiple stressors, work under time constraints and meet deadlines. Must have good organizational skills. Must be able to life 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds. Must be open to training required for the range of research studies conducted at Parkview Research Center.
